At Bordeaux Enhanced Option Elementary School, the music curriculum is designed to incorporate all learning disciplines, because music is the universal language. It has no nationality. Music is physical education, foreign language, social studies, reading, math, writing, dance, science, spelling, drama and art. Community, structure, social awareness, and appreciation for our new building are encouraged by having the children follow our basic school rules. Bordeaux music students were winners in the 2004 Brotherhood/Sisterhood music contest. Our students have participated in the MET singers, assemblies, and PTO programs. |
