Hello,

I am Jackie Kinzer , the proud principal of Bordeaux Enhanced Option School. It is indeed a pleasure to have the opportunity to work at a place where educators are committed to developing the total child.  It is our belief that our students can learn and should be challenged to reach their potential and beyond. We are privileged to have support groups such as the Bordeaux Parent –Teacher Organization, Bordeaux Family Resource Center, United 4 Hope Program, Metro Healthcare Group, as well as civic and social organizations that assist us in meeting the academic, social and behavioral needs of our students. We also believe in providing our students with academic and social experiences that will cause them to broaden their scope and give them a zest for acquiring knowledge.

This school year one of our newest goals is to prepare our students for the future by exposing them to activities, lessons, and experiences that relate to college and career opportunities. Under the guidance of our school counselor we are providing resources that will introduce students to universities, colleges, and technical schools in hopes that their future dreams will include being  students in higher learning institutions.
